Overview
Team Lost Giveaway Picker is a browser-based giveaway tool. The core wheel runs locally in the browser and does not require an account, database, or saved history.
Instagram imports
If you choose to connect Instagram, we use Instagram Login to request permission to read comments from Instagram posts that you select. We use those comments only to import unique usernames into the giveaway wheel.
Data we process
We may temporarily process your Instagram username, account ID, access token, post link, comment count, and commenter usernames. We do not store imported commenters in a database.
Temporary session storage
Instagram access is stored only in an encrypted, HTTP-only cookie in your browser. The cookie is temporary and can be removed by disconnecting Instagram or clearing browser cookies.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and improve the tool. Analytics data is not used to decide giveaway winners.
Data deletion
Since the tool does not store giveaway history or imported Instagram comments in a database, there is no persistent giveaway data to delete from our servers. You can disconnect Instagram in the app and clear your browser cookies at any time. See data deletion instructions.
